Main muscles used:
Chest (pectoralis major and minor)
Secondary muscles used:
Front Shoulders (anterior deltoids) Triceps
Hold a dumbbell in each hand.

Lie on your back on a bench and position your feet flat on the floor or on the bench.

Hold the dumbbells overhead with palms facing each other slowly lower the dumbbells out to the sides, like hugging a barrel.

The dumbbells should almost touch.

Lower to starting position and repeat for desired amount of reps.
Don’t arch back
Don’t lift head off the bench
Don’t lower the dumbbells too far out to the sides
Don’t lock your elbows
Breath out as you pull the weights back up
