Main muscles used:
Hold a dumbbell in your hand.

Raise the dumbbell above your head by extending your arms upwards, but keep your elbows slightly bent.

Keeping your elbows close to your head, slowly bend your arms to lower the dumbbell behind your head.

Pause for a moment and then slowly straighten your arms to raise the dumbbell above your head.

Repeat for the desired amount of reps
• Do not arch your back.
• Do not lock your elbows when you straighten your arms.
• Do not bend your neck. Keep your head, neck and back in a straight line.

Try using a dumbbell or barbell and do both arms at the same time.
Use a 90 degree bench for more support..
