Main muscles used:
Back (latissimis dorsi), rhomboids, and trapezius
Secondary muscles used: rear shoulders (posterior deltoids)
Slowly raise the dumbbell using your back muscles by pulling your elbows as far back as you can.
Squeeze your shoulder blade and keep your arm close to your side.
Breath out as you pull the dumbbell up.
Lower the dumbbell and repeat.
Don’t arch or hunch your back
Don’t twist your body
Don’t bend your neck
Don’t lock the knee of the leg your standing on.
